Best Buy Preferred (Angel) Customer Weekend 11/12-15/04
Just got the latest coupons in the mail. I received the following:
10% off or 12% off (if you're a Reward Zone member or when you use your Best Buy credit card) any single item in entertainment, computer products or appliances.
10% off all regularly priced computer software $19.99 & up, and all regularly priced music, movies & video game software. Any combination, limit 5.
10% off TVs & home theater systems $299 & up DVD players & recorders $199 & up. Limit 1.
Guess I was an "Angel" for receiving the coupons or else our store hasn't enacted the new policy.

Best Buy wouldn't tolerate this because they wouldn't eat the loss.
Sorry Dude.

I haven't gotten BB coupons in the mail for a couple of years now.
Is it because I never bothered using them, or because I haven't used my BB charge card in something like five years?
Does that make me a devil?

I got my packet yesterday. Did you notice the guy on the front with stains on his shirt and his face pressed up against the glass? I guess this idiot is their ideal customer.
"Wow! You're selling it at MSRP?! That's a great deal!"
10% doesn't really blow up my skirt. And some of the other coupons are just pathetic. "Buy two ink cartridges and get 25% off the third!" Oooooooooooooooooooooohhhh!!! I'm SO there!

Does anyone know if I can take a receipt in for stuff I bought yesterday and use the 10% off coupon? I'd hate to have to box it all back up and return it and then rebuy it with the 10% off. For me 10% would be pretty decent since I just bought a $70 wireless router. That's $7. Not too shabby.

I haven't gotten any of the preferred member coupons in the past couple years, but I got these coupons almost a week ago.
Guess I'm an Angel now.
Perfect timing too because I just ran out of black ink, so I'll go tomorrow and get my 12% off.

Look out, if you use the coupons, you'll turn into a Devil.
Catch-22.
I've gotten these in the past, even though I no longer have a BB credit card. I am a RZ sucker, however.
danicus007: You could buy a new one with the coupon, then return that boxed/brand new item with your old receipt at full price.

I would think if you were a preferred customer you would get a much better discount or at least 10% off any dvd no matter the price. I am really giving up on BB.

If BB is not careful with their PR and lack of friendly customer service, they will be in the same boat as Toys R Us. Walmart has the potential to destroy BB or any other speciality chain store (superior buying power). BB needs to be consience of their customer base (I think we as Dvdtalker were or are BB's customer base). Sorry, just had to vent! I miss what used to be an enjoyable store to shop!
