I got the automatic order confirmation email last night. It has the line that shows the promo discount and the grand total reflects that discount.
I haven't received the second order confirmation email, neither does my order show up in order history.

was this a "one time use" code they sent you for the problems they had last week? anyone else try their code and see if it will work for multiple people/times?

I just received the order confirmation email (plus order number) and it shows full price and no 10% off
The original order receipt email shows regular price for the item (only 1 preorder item in the order), then a promo discount and the grand total reflects the 10% off.
My online order history shows the order, with regular price for the item, then the total reflects 10% off.
Which amount will I get charged eventually?

Just got the same e-mail as well. While that is a positive, one of my orders went missing. At this point I give up trying to hassle with DDD on that one. If it actually shows up again I'll worry about it then.

I also got the email, though I never did receive an order confirmation email. Oh well, as long as it shows up on their site (and it does), and the fact that they assured me my 10% would go through, I'm happy.
