Yes. Those who own the Episode II dvd already have this. It's on disc 2 (the special features disc).

Really, I could have sworn that I saw the entire thing...
[edit: I guess what confused me was the the feature on the DVD was 6 minutes long, which is longer than I would normally think of a trailer as lasting, and it didn't seem much like a trailer, either.]

I watched the mockumentary on the Internet when it first came out, and I also saw the "trailer" on the AOTC DVD. As far as I am concerned, the trailer already has the best bits from the mocumentary. If they drop the price to a dollar, I am so there.

I picked this up today since I had a gift card at Suncoast that I'm never gonna use otherwise.
When I walked in, I asked the guy where they were and he said that they were at the register and were $2.49 with the purchase of the Star Wars Trilogy.
I already got the trilogy and they were charging $49.99 for it. So I asked the cashier to ring up the mockumentary and it rang up as $2.49 so I bought it.

Just got back from my Suncoast... there was absolutely no "with trilogy" mention. The woman said she hoped I'd buy a bunch; they want to get rid of them.
