26 episodes on 3 region-free discs from Hong Kong? Yeah, that sounds legit.

Seriously, that's definitely a bootleg. Stay away from it.

You can pick up Silent Mobius Volumes 1 and 2 at Buy Rite

for ten dollars each. Unfortunately, you have to order $100.00 - but I always find some good deals here.

Supply is still catching up with demand after the price drop. TRSI and DVDPacific both have Volumes 2 and 3 in stock.

I freaking hate those fan-fold things, and they seem to becoming ever more popular... They are a pointless waste of trees and are so delicate that you have to pull the discs out and put them in regular cases if you ever want to lend them to someone. Which, come to think of it, is probably a point in their favor from the distributor's perspective.

I'm not a fan of the fold-outs or bricks, either, but this is by far one of the best ones I've seen. Besides, it's a hell of a lot cheaper than buying them individually for say, $20 (at least) a piece (total = $120).

Plus it comes with some bonus stuff, so that's pretty cool.

I'll be updating tomorrow with new Right Stuf weekly specials. So stay tuned!

Those boxes do look pretty cool... I agree with -Jah-Wren Ryel-, I don't really care for *bricks*.... they're not bad if you want to save spaces, but individual cover arts are great and easily replaced.

Looks like Bandai is adding a creative touch to things. The WHB Box looks pretty sturdy, but not sure about the S-Cry-Ed. That one doesn't look like it'll sit on the shelves too well. Also, fan-folds end up showing signs of wear in the corners pretty quick.

It won't let me update because it has too many vB code tags, I think. So, I'll just post the latest RS WS here.

Hi there,
Is it worth joining Got Anime Club for Frequent Buyers form Rightstuff?

I am planning to purchase the Escaflowne series and the Movie Boxset, that are on special now.

So I was wondering if the addition 10% applied to these boxset?

Can someone please let me know if I should bother joining Got Anime Club for Frequent Buyers?

Thanks in advance!!!!

The Got Anime discount will not apply to the Escaflowne sets. They never apply to the weekly specials. They do apply to the instant bargain madness specials as well as the studio sale specials.

Initially I planned to join Got Anime club ($12 per year) but most of the time I buy the weekly specials to which GA does not apply anyway. And for most catalog items, I can usually find better price elsewhere even after the GA discount. So then I decided not to join GA
