Well, so far, the only other price I've seen it for is $20.97 at DVDPlanet (whose pre-order prices are usually pretty good). Of course, I'd be perfectly happy to see another price that's cheaper, but until then I think I'll hold onto this. If there's a lower price I can always cancel this order.

Out of curiosity, what makes you think that it will be $15.99?

Since the last one was $15.99 at best buy and since DDD goes .10 less on release week it is pretty likely that this "deal" will be beat if you wait.

IMO.YMMV.

I'd expect every major discount retailer (Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Circuit City) to have this in the 14.99 to 15.99 range during release week.

Easily. I know AAFES if your military will have it for 15.85 as well.

It also comes out the week of Thanksgiving, so it's probably planned to be a Black Friday draw at many retailers.

DVDsoon is offering all 3 movies (wide or full) for about $35.00.

Note that that box set may include "Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone" (as "Sorcerer's Stone" is known in Canada). The only difference is that word, but it may matter to some people. Also, you linked to the release with French writing on the cover. Here's the all-English one:
