PREDATOR (2 Disc) spotted 3? Weeks before release date (BBV)

YMMV definately on this one

I was in a Blockbuster Video in Rohnert Park, California today, looking through their new DVD section. I found a copy of the 2 disc Predator (with a free ticket to Alien Vs. Predator) on the shelf. There was only one copy so I assumed someone messed up. Picked it up for 19.99

Wouldnt hurt to call to see if your local ones have them too.

Cool. If I didn't already have the R2 release, I'd check mine as well...

I noticed that BBV does this sometimes with rereleases.

It's got some pretty good special features... I'm not picking it up, but it's a fine release all round. It also has the ticket for AVP in it, so you can watch that film and see if it's a total mess guilt-free.

I think he ment that it wasn't a big deal to be found before street date as any store that would have gotten it in their shipment would have easily mistakenly put it on the shelf thinking it was the older version. So it's not much of a surprise to see it on the shelf.

sorry if this wasn't a big deal

it was just a heads up to anyone who wanted the movie, and wanted it a little early.

Picked this one up today @ BBV.

Since I was already planning on importing this guy from either the UK, Japan, HK or Austalia, paying a couple of bucks more really didn't matter to me.

Loved the KPH tribute and the main featurette.

Predator was a cool movie don't get me wrong. I think its great that they released it earlier. And what I meant before that since this flick has been released on DVD before, itsno big deal that they beat the street release date.
