Finished it tonight. Pretty much what I expected, a nice nostalgic ride thru multiple eras of Superman. Between this and the story in DC Nation, I’m excited about trying the books again, and have the Bendis mini pre-ordered. It was especially great seeing art by Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez (praise be his name) again.

DC must have short-printed the 80th Anniversary Superman hardcover that came out in time for #1000. Reviews have been really positive about it and it's sold out at many places.
