How does CGC Signature Series work?

Planning on attending the Dallas Fan Expo and I'm considering getting a few of my signed books slabbed. Anyone have a clue as to how I go about doing this? I've been to a few other conventions where CGC has a person in the line (usually an A list person like Stan Lee), but I can't figure out how you can be certain CGC or someone affiliated with CGC will be available.

Its pretty easy, I did one at Heroes last year.

According to the CGC Calendar, CGC will be at Dallas, so just look for their booth, and grab a person when you are ready to sig. They will follow you to the writer/artist, witness the sig and then you go back to the booth and fill out the paperwork.

Thanks! Sounds easy enough.
