Best Of 2014
 

Hey guys. The best of 2013 thread was a great introduction to quite a few titles for me. I was wondering if any of you would mind sharing your favorite books of 2014 as well? :)

I'm not very good about keeping up with new titles, but two of my favorites this year were Saga and Lazarus.

My LCS recommended Sex Criminals, and I read an issue or two, but it didn't quite grab me. I need to read some more of it.

I don't really keep track of what's new or old anymore. I read stuff that I hear about and it could be from 2015 or 1975 as far as I know.

That said, I look forward to seeing recommendations here!

i did a quick count... i read about 240 *volumes* (not issues) released in 2014 -- so, not counting any i read this year which came out previously -- and these were the top ten percent. it was hard to narrow it down. i actually still have more from the year that ive bought but not read yet. i hit all the major stuff though. for example i really really liked how original sin began and then was kinda bored by the end so it didnt chart for me.

Thanks for the list! In addition to the two I mentioned above, I'm still reading and enjoying Invincible, The Walking Dead, and Archie: The Married Life. And I should add Afterlife with Archie to my list.
