Sequential is doing a big sale, 50-90% off on a lot of books.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I ended up buying all of the Fables collections. Thus far I have stayed strong in avoiding buying the spin-off series, but there are still a few hours left in the sale.

After this Fables sale, all that is left on my digital wishlist for sales is Sandman and Stormwatch. I'll be all caught up after that with converting.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I think the first two were in an earlier Humble Bundle. Maybe they just wanted to avoid doubling up.

I like how Humble Bundle seems to be careful to build on earlier bundles; one setback with a lot of bundles is how 'volume 1' heavy they are with introductory only material so it's nice to see 'deeper' offerings.

I'm surprised we have not seen a Dynamite themed Humble Bundle in some time given how common Dynamite is popping up everywhere else. I've held off on some of the Groupees Dynamite bundles expecting Dynamite stuff just to show up on Humble soon enough but so far that's not the case.

Are Groupees bundles not good? I haven't bought any bundles because I haven't gone digital, but I was considering this one because I liked the selection.

I haven't bought any of the Groupees comic bundles so can't report on them first hand. There was an incident where Groupees lost several PC games because they didn't back them and had trouble re-acquiring them for a while. Maybe someone else can clarify but a GOG user reported one comic bundle had different formats for the same issue together in a zip file, which doesn't seem ideal for quick access of easy mobile viewing.

Aside from those above points Groupees has been around for a while and is typically reliable; I don't expect they will go away anytime soon.

Re: Digital Comic Book Discussion and Deals (Comixology, etc)

I have to get to sleep. Hopefully somebody can use the code.

TMAGLX6AWKP3

Redeem it here, https://marvel.com/redeem/ You must have a free Marvel account of course, which you can link to your Comixology account.

If you take the code please say that you did, so no one else wastes time entering it.

EDIT TO ADD: Gone, thank you!
