Death of Captain America Question

Does anyone know the TPB that collects the story of the death of Captain America?

Oddly enough I believe Fallen Son: The Death of Captain America only covers heroes' reactions to the death. But not to assassination.

Seems odd to me that you can buy the TPB that covers the reaction to his death before you can buy the TPB that actually shows how it happened.

The arc that would include the Death of Captain America issue just ended last month while the Fallen Son story ended several months ago.
