I was a big fan of a lot of the 80's color independent stuff (First, Comico, Eclipse -- stuff like that) which is finally starting to make it to trades in dribs and drabs.

And we still need a trade of Starlin's run on Warlock, dammit!

Much of Miller's first Daredevil run is uncollected isn't it?

I don't think the black & white Zot's were ever collected.

Doubt Stig's Inferno ever made it.

There are some Mister X collections available.

Miller's DD was collected in 3 Visionaries volumes.

It made it to trade but needs to be reprinted very badly: Miracle Man
