I remember "Cemetary Dance" as being a good page turner. I also remember being a bit taken aback by

I got this for Christmas. It's very interesting, noting the various cultural identities in the US. I found the part about the pre-revolution nations especially interesting, particularly the idea that there were actually five independent American revolutions that made up what we think of as the revolution.
