I remember "Cemetary Dance" as being a good page turner. I also remember being a bit taken aback by

the sudden killing off of Bill Smithback at the beginning. Seemed oddly sudden, and really crappy for Nora Kelly to endure, especially after all she had already been through.

I got this for Christmas. It's very interesting, noting the various cultural identities in the US. I found the part about the pre-revolution nations especially interesting, particularly the idea that there were actually five independent American revolutions that made up what we think of as the revolution.
