OK, but a huge step down from his first book. Which I knew going in, explaining why I'm only reading this now (and bought the first one in hardcover when it was released). It's hard to make the story of his last couple years in the WWE as compelling as his entire life up to the time of the book (as the first book did). Not helped by some incredibly long-winded tangents (worst of which is a 100 page rant about the Parents Television Council).

I managed to find Brian K. Vaughan’s Saga volumes 1 - 8 at my library, so I’ve delved into them. About to start vol. 2.

Yes, Iíve read the first 3 Jericho books (I think thereís a new one I havenít gotten to yet) and enjoyed them all. Like with Foley, I enjoyed the first one the most (because itís just the biggest story of their beginnings to WWE champion).

On Goodreads, Have a Nice Day was 5/5 while Foley is good got 3/5 from me. And that ending long rant single handedly knocked a star off for me. Though at least it was easy enough to skip/skim. Kind of like the parts of Daniel Bryanís bio that weíre written by WWE promotional department guys.

haha, those parts of Daniel Bryan's book were the worst.
Foley had one or two more books after "Foley is Good" that were a big step down from that i remember. though they were better than that terrible Foley family tv show on the WWE Network.

This is my first book by Daryl Gregory and I really liked it. Considering this seems to be considered his worst book, I should really check out more things by him. Weird that the Goodreads ratings for this author are so low (despite a large number of reviewers). Though I have noticed that books with a more literary style, or that try to do something different and original, don't do as well as more conventional mainstream books.

I'm on a non fiction "survival" binge. In January, I read Touching the Void and Alive. I started Endurance yesterday.
