I gave up on the Sword of Shannara. While it may have been really good Fantasy in 1977, it falls short in 2011.

Horns was awesome. I'm reading 20th Century Ghosts, his short story collection. IMO he's just as good if not better than his old man.

That's all the Steve Berry for me, I'm out. I really enjoyed his first 2 or 3 books, but the last few have been awful, especially this one. Just a horrible read. Need to start reading something else to cleanse my literary palate.
