Seriously, I haven't had much desire to read any HCC books lately. I find myself reading them in bulk. The last time I got interested in the line, I read 4-5 in two weeks. I'm sure I'll wake up one morning and tear through a bunch of these again. |
I stumbled across a couple of these at a Big Lots today for $2 each. Only titles I found were Straight Cut and Little Girl Lost. I have no idea if this is a widespread thing or not, but could be worth checking.

I got my book club book this afternoon. The Murderer Vine sounds kind of cool, i may actually read it before Spiderweb/whatever the other one was called. |

Blauner's Casino Moon is an odd choice for a reprint, isn't it? It's only about 15 years old. Heck, I remember buying the hardcover when it came out.

Yeah, I thought that was kind of an odd choice, too. (It came out in '94.) I wonder if this means the more typical reprint supply is drying up.

I read about half of <I>Somebody Owes Me Money</I>, but I didn't find the story very interesting. It wasn't bad, but not good enough for me to want to keep reading.
