I was reading The Bourne Identity by Robert Ludlum. Got about 30 pages into it, put it down and haven't touched it in about 2 months or so. Not sure when or if I'll get back to it.
That's about par for the course for me.

A bit of an update from my first post in this thread...
Recent reads:
Mother Night - Kurt Vonnegut
The Dark Tower (Book 7) - Stephen King
Pale Fire - Vladimir Nabokov
Like a Velvet Glove Cast in Iron - Daniel Clowes
Memoirs of a Shy Pornographer - Kenneth Patchen
Current:
The Journal of Albion Moonlight - Kenneth Patchen
Backlog:
Light - M. John Harrison
Lolita - Vladimir Nabokov
The Crying of Lot 49 - Thomas Pynchon
Cat's Cradle - Kurt Vonnegut
Slapstick - Kurt Vonnegut
Infinite Jest - David Foster Wallace
I had the two Patchen books on my shelves for a few years. I love his poetry, but tried to get into The Journal of Albion Moonlight and didn't make it past page 60 on my first attempt a while back. Found Memoirs of a Shy Pornographer to be much more accessible, and I am now around page 160 of Albion Moonlight and enjoying it, since I've found his grove, so to speak. Still it has to be the most challenging book I've read in a long time (and I just read Pale Fire!)- almost as if he wants you to put it down and stop reading it at times. I'm just about to the point where I want to be done with it so I can start on some of the gems waiting for me from a recent trip to Borders with a 20% off coupon in hand.
