Best Place to buy books at a good price?

My mom is looking for a couple of books and she went to the store today but they were expensive! So I looked on Half.com and they were less than 50% than what she was quoted. But alot of the sellers have real bad feedback. Than I checked Amazon and theyre a bit cheaper there than the stores here but still a pretty penny.

So does anyone know a place to get books at a good price (also, our local used stores didnt have them available). And if I have to resort to Half or Amazon, anyone know some good coupons I can use?

Thanks to everyone who helps out.

You could try overstock.com or buy.com.

How about alldirect.com?

Also, don't you have Half Price Books in San Antonio? I'd drop by and see what they've got in their 'current releases' section. They often get new, unread books.

How about Bookcloseouts? The link is at the top off the page. Barnes and Noble has great online prices compared to the in-store ones.

addall.com can tell you the best price for almost any given title.
