"The Fermata" by Nicholson Baker

Anyone else read this?

If you did, I have to ask. Am I the only one who's been trying to snap their fingers after reading this book? :D

I'd like to read this, I've read his "U And I" and "Vox" and this one's probably next on my list - how is it, anyway? Perhaps I'll have to check it out so I get the snapping fingers thing.

It's a very funny and fast read. I'd recommend it to anyone but my parents :D Cause... It's too sexual for them :D

I've been wanting to read Vox. How is that one?

It reads exactly like it's marketed: You're eavesdropping on two people who've just met each other on a single's meet and greet 800 service talking about what they find sexually "interesting".

Good stuff. :)
