Dark Rivers of the Heart by Dean Koontz. The best thriller I have ever read.

I suggest any of Michael Connelly's Harry Bosch novels.

The Black Echo
The Concrete Blonde

Also from MC:
Blood Work
The Poet

:thumbsup::thumbsup:

I highly recomend the Bosch novels as well. If you have never read them, I would recomend starting from the first book (I believe The Black Echo) and reading them in order. Connelly has been developing his Bosch character wonderfully.

I personally just finished The Empty Chair by Jeffery Deaver. This is a Lincoln Rhyme novel and is very good. If you do not know, Lincoln Rhyme was portrayed by Denzil Washington in "The Bone Collector" (another great book).
