The Exorcist....

I just started reading this book last night and already I'm spooked out. If you've read this book already, how was it?

I read it about 6 years ago and I enjoyed it. Honestly, however, I can't remember much about it. I do recall that there was some historical background in there about previous "possessed" cases. I don't know if these were based on real cases or were invented for the purposes of the book. One of those books I should read again.

I read it. It was decent. Spends a lot more time on the "is she really possessed or is it psychological" debate.

I read it when it first came out, before the movie was made. I remember thinking it was a great novel as well as one of the few books ever that really did spook me out. I was up finishing it at about 3:00 in the morning because I literally could not put it down.

If I read it today, who knows?

Long time since I took the Exorcist down. Last time I remember being reallly spooked about the translation of the demon speak where certain words were regarded 'Indecipherable' Oooooo!

How the Blood sings!
