I just read Clancey's "Red Storm Rising" and I was wondering if there were any other books dealing with warfare on such a large scale. I am about half way through "The sum of all fears" (which is pretty good), but I would like a WW3 type book.

Any suggestions?

You might want to give a read to Clancy's latest, The Bear and The Dragon. It's a good one. Clancy's co-author (uncredited) for both Hunt For Red October and Red Storm Rising wrote a couple of his own dealing with the type of material you're looking for, Sorry, but I can't remember his name but Clancy does mention him in the acknowledgements in those books.

Larry Bond would be that author's name.

Red Phoenix by Larry Bond
Silver Tower by Dale Brown
Team Yankee by Harold Coyle is a WW3 Senerio but deals with mostly tanks.
