I had read it the same way and didn't leave a note when ordering, so they sent me the same message you got asking about formats.

The same thing happened to me when I attempted several different passwords that any other site would have accepted. I gave up and simply paid without creating an account.

Hmmmm...I placed my order on Tuesday, August 30th...paid with Paypal and it''s still processing. They took one helluva Labor Day vacation. Hopefully it will ship tomorrow.

Yes, you will receive the item that you purchased. Your order was one of thousands. I am the only one shipping everything out. We made an announcement yesterday on Facebook that these orders will take some time. I have been going in sequential order until I ran out of Horror Express blu-rays. The last of our HE blus will be arriving to me from our warehouse by this weekend so I can resume fulfilling these orders. Thank you for understanding.

Heard nothing yet. I ordered on 8/30, pretty close to the cutoff. I just hope they had some sort of inventory checking so they wouldn't let me buy something they wouldn't have in stock (eventually.)
(My oldest unwatched was bought in mid-2001; oldest uinwatched that I will actually watch, Nov 2001.)
I didn't know they had Hardware on disk! Love that film.
Dang, out of stock.
