Rarewaves is primarily a UK retailer. I've ordered from them off eBay fairly regularly and they've always delivered.

I ordered the Years of Lead box set for $35 and another bd (priced at $17.99) for under $10. Shipping was rather reasonable at $4.99 or so. Selection is sort of limited though and some of the discs I suspect are Region B locked.

I ordered the Daimajin limited edition through Rarewaves (when it was sold out everywhere else!), and they were phenomenal. Great price, fast shipping, well-packaged, no complaints.

Have ordered from there for years BUT recently seems in my experience, quality control is declining! Recently placed 5 orders and 3 only eventually showed up after about 3 weeks! They say delivery time “7-14 days”…NOT!
I had to message them to ask for tracking numbers which they now do not provide upon shipping, which they used too. 1 of the orders that didn’t show accidentally didn’t even get a tracking number!!! Great prices and selections but I just cant wait and wonder if my orders are gonna ever show so for me , I can’t order from them until they get their act together better as it used to be in my experience!

As mentioned-Just be prepared for a LONG delivery from them lately! I have 2 orders that were shipped on 6/7- still not here even though they said 7-14 days!!! The 3rd order was shipped without a tracking # Never showed!!!,got refunded- poor quality control lately as well not sure why but I am done with them unless they get act together-

I have always gotten my order from rarewaves. It might take a month or more, but that never bothers me. Best prices around and I eventually get my shipment.

Absolutely agree best prices…Thats cool u do not mind waiting, guess I might have been cool with the wait, but over the years I have used them, about 6 or 7 orders NEVER showed so I gave up. Customs???, their” shipping partners “ ??? whatever. You have to ask for tracking numbers, they do not provide them upon shipment and then some orders I had placed, accidentally didn’t get a tracking number! I seriously? quality control there??? Sorry but I have never had any of these issues with other overseas (UK especially) vendors have these issues! Just my experience there , and just wanted to let any folks thinking of ordering there for the first time… be prepared for not the smoothest experience from them. Would recommend “ Chalky’s” though- they have been great IMO

Here are my thoughts. It's the sort of thing where I completely understand any complaint anyone would have against Girls Nite Out yet I had a good time anyway. Maybe a second-tier slasher if you're being generous, probably third-tier. Doesn't deliver on the Joe Bob drive-in totals. Its stabs at comedy don't exactly make for a laugh riot. And yet I had fun with it regardless.
