I think they are matching Amazon and Amazon is currently sold out of The Northman" so the price is back to $13.99 at GRUV. "The Northman " is still available online and in store at Best Buy for $9.99 at the time this was written. And now Amazon has put it back on sale for $9.99 with shipping from Dec 6 to Jan 9. Maybe GRUV will reduce price again.

I got my first damaged disc from Gruv yesterday. It was disc 2 (John Wick 2) of the 3 movie 4k collection. I sent them an email about it yesterday. I hope they don't make getting a replacement a long and painful process. If they do, I'll be hesitant to order from them again in the future. Anyone here had to get a replacement from them for anything? How did it go? I also received a scratched up Meaning of Life yesterday from Amazon and it won't play from about halfway through the movie.

They sent me an email and supposedly a label. However, now I have to find packaging to ship the item back, wait for them to receive it, and then ship me out a replacement. Saving a few bucks might not be worth this hassle.

Question GRUV doesn’t allow you to order sold out movies. However if you have a sold out movie in your cart you can order it. Will they ship when they get stock or will they cancel the sold out movie from your order. I ordered Dune after it sold out. Thanks

I can't remember ever having an order cancelled at GRUV. I'm sure they'll just ship it later assuming it's not an item that is OOP rather than just backordered (like some of their limited steelbooks?)

i have had a few canceled but all of them were the LE steelbooks. Although some came back into stock at higher prices later in which case, I wouldn’t have expected them to cancel in the first place.

GRUV is matching some/all the Amazon Prime Deals. One use coupon SIGNUP20 still works if you never used it or if you know how to get it to work more than once. If for some reason you are rejected from using coupon they now inform you that the coupon has been removed before you order unlike the past where you didn't know you didn't get the coupon until they sent you the receipt.

I will mention I ordered the exclusive SteelBook for 8 Mile from Gruv - it came dented. Their packaging isn't suited for collectibles.

concur on that packaging experience. A couple times in the past when it happened, they were quick to send replacements that somehow made it dent free. Outside of specialized media retailers, none of the big box ones seem to care any more.
