Yeah, a whole year ago. Some of these titles almost never go on sale while other more recent shit is always jumping around in price. Ghostbusters was the same way. Black Panther never drops below $20 for some bullshit reason too.

Re: Best Buy Black Friday Ad 2020

I went to BB yesterday and got stopped at the door asking what I was there for. I guess they are trying to cut down on capacity and browsers due to the COVID spikes. I told him I was looking to get some physical media and then he let me in.

Well, the BF displays sucked. 3 super small displays for $5.99, $7.99 and $9.99 titles and most of it was empty. I ended up only getting 1917 4K.

I just wanted to remind everyone that the sales start again late tonight. I think Midnight central time.

Finally in on War of the Worlds for $10. Unfortunately no pick up option so I had to eat $4 in shipping.

Thanks. Not that $4 breaks the bank, but I went ahead and canceled and reordered.

Jumanji WttJ
Super Troopers
Bumblebee
The Equalizer 2
Mortal Engines
John Wick 3 BD & 4K

Kind of a bummer- the titles I planned on getting are both sold out or not available online. Ah well I guess.

Best Buy is sending out $10 certificates via email. If you got an email titled "Guess What? Cyber Monday Deals are here", check it for the cert. It's in a small box about halfway down the page. It expires 12/5/20.

Thanks! I saw that email earlier and deleted it without reading but checking it I have a $10 reward. I’ll find something to use it for.

Wanted to get the Batman Begins 4K, but it’s less than the amount of the coupon by a cent so it won’t let me. Think I’ll order the 4K Steelbook of The Equalizer 2 since I already ordered the first.

I got one. It's in a blue banner just below the top blue box with sale info. There'll also be a text block at the bottom telling the rules for its use - I block images and that was what clued me in so I loaded images and there was the link.

Re: Best Buy Black Friday Ad 2020

I got a $10 certificate.

I tried to use it on a $9.99 item, and it wouldn't take it. Have to spend $10. Even with $3.99 shipping, they won't let that penny slide.

Well... good to know. I almost purchased a $9.99 mouse last night as it has free shipping so would have been zero cost. I was a bit miffed when the price went up to $12.99 today but it looks like that's a good thing?

A new email from Best Buy with the title "The last second savings event starts now" may contain a $10 certificate. Again it's about halfway down the page. This one expires 12/24/20. It's probably targeted but you may miss it if you go through the email quickly.
