Shout / Scream Factory Blu-ray Sales
Hope this might consolidate the various Shout and Scream threads that randomly pop up around here, since there all generally in the same ballpark, price wise.
Just got this email today:
https://www.shoutfactory.com/sale/love-is-in-the-scare
There's some decent prices one lesser titles this time around, with a few oddball titles under $10. CAGED FURY for $5.99 was a steal, but sold out fast.

Scream's OOP Vincent Price Collection II is $20 at Hamilton books. This was previously going for over $40 when copies had run out at Amazon and other retailers.

Good catch. Back cover image, at least, suggests it comes with the slipcase? Looks like that one's creeping up in value just like the first one did.

I'm pissed that I didn't wait on this sale for Candyman; got it at the last sale, 'cuz I thought it wouldn't get lower than $19.99. I was wrong, apparently.
But as someone who never learns from his mistakes, I still got
In The Mouth of Madness
The Resurrected
Army of Darkness

Some good stuff in this sale and decent prices. I already own a lot of it though and am going to resist the temptation to make a couple blind buys or get things I don’t really need.

Definitely - anyone that follows Shout's retail pricing knows many of those discs literally never go on sale. The Anne Bancroft Collection is a really nice set. Shout used Criterion's disc for the included The Graduate in the collection.

Got that email earlier today, and browsing now I see some excellent deals. I’ve got 8 in the cart, but need to check the unwatched stacks here first, just in case.

Re: Shout / Scream Factory Blu-ray Sales
How is the Death of a Salesman Dustin Hoffman version. My cart total was 2 dollars shy of free shipping so I decided against it. But the DOAS disc is only 9.99. So I'm thinkin on it.

Shout has Downfall, but didn't release the extended version.

The Nightingale is $14.14 on Amazon too. One of the best films of last year. Brutal.

Going Out Of Print In 2020 - Save Up To 77% Off List Price While Supplies Last!
https://www.shoutfactory.com/page/list/id/282113Some pretty fair deals there. And some so-so deals, plus several titles that I assume have been out of stock for a while(?). And lots of titles I suspect we'll see at Hamilton Books for under $5.00 in the long haul, so choose carefully.

Picked up The Vampire Lovers and The Evictors. The code made it essentially free shipping, and a couple more bucks off. That's good enough for me.
