Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date

Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order
Return period is 14 days after delivery (possibly 30 days for members though I've never tried)
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept
The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016

STORE ONLY 15% OFF Coupons -- Unknown if multi-use or if will work on 40% Off Items
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (I)
15% OFF Single Item Exp 12/31/2017 (II)
15% OFF Single Item Exp ?? (III)

For now the coupon barcode is missing and there is some big confusion with how the new 25% code might work. I don;t see any new exclusions concerning MOVIES.

20% Off Single Item Online
D4M8K3B
-- Unknown Expiration. Could be Dec 31 exp

10% of $35-59.99 or 15% of $60 or more
LETITSNOW -- expires 12/25/2017 2:59am ET

"New Member" Welcome Coupons
Welcome coupons may be dead -- or at least the type that have been available for nearly a decade. The latest set now have what appears to be single use codes so these probably no longer will be generic/multiple use style.

Thanks, I'm seeing WISHLIST expired now when checking out while not logged in. HP 4K for $80 was a great deal at least.

The 25% coupon worked in store about 15 minutes ago for ship to home. I got Riverdale Season 1 and IZombie Season 2 using coupon in two separate orders.

Do the stores tend to carry the Arrow titles that are on sale? Titles like Ronin and Donnie Darko?

So I went back to a store. For some reason Batman The Brave and Bold Season 2 was not included in the 40% off. It came up at $30 before discounts which apparently it’s regular ship to home price. I purchased before I realized. A manager was able to cancel order. They wouldn’t manually give me the 40% off. Justice League Unlimited Complete Series was 40% off. I did confirm the Batman set was the Blu Ray.

Members should be seeing a 30% Item for Store Use

Not great but at least a small Whole cart code for online

10% of $35-59.99 or 15% of $60 or more
LETITSNOW -- expires 12/25/2017 2:59am ET
Yes it is odd that if you click on banner on the website you get a blank coupon without a code. Only when you click on the link from an email do you get a coupon with a unique code.

I just called to complain. The CSR had no explanation, but she gave me two online codes, one of which is already in the WIKI. The CSR said she would pass my complaint to the webmaster.

The CSR said the codes expire in January, but I wasn't really listening to the exact date since the new code was only 15% off.

So I just got back from my local store and Outlaw Gangster VIP from Arrow rang up at 40% off. I asked about it and they said with my membership it comes to 50% off. I didn't argue as they usually don't give me much grief about coupons (except on Criterion). Took the 25% off coupon no problem.

I got my ship to home Warner Archive Movies and TV shows that I ordered on Tuesday today. I am a member. They were shipped UPS.

Indicator titles don't show up on the B&N website as 40% off.
Any reason why I shouldn't be able to do a ship to home for them?
As a member, I should be able to get (40% off + 10% off + coupon% off), right?

I'm looking at you, Ray Harryhausen box sets!

Spoiler:
Wonderful Worlds Of Ray Harryhausen 1: 1955-1960 ($96.99)
Wonderful Worlds Of Ray Harryhausen 2: 1961-1964 ($96.99)

Hariseldon, I justed wanted to say thanks for everything you do around the site. I don't think I would even be a Barnes & Noble member if it weren't for your posts and help. You should be on their payroll...lol.

Have a Merry Christmas!

Picked up some Criterion titles in-store today and used the non-member 25% off just fine

Gone with the Wind - 75th Anniversary Edition: $21
Iron Giant UCE: $30
Return of the Dragon (Shout Factory): $8
Guess Who's Coming to Dinner (Sony Digibook): $6.47
Lost Horizon (Sony Digibook): $7.47

All with the 25% coupons (none applied to any of the Arrow titles and all stores refused to perform any overrides). Great prices for what I wanted

Interesting. I was going to buy an Arrow title today with the coupon, but the checkout line was too long, so I aborted. The Arrow titles are supposedly on sale until January 2nd, according to the sign I saw... Perhaps they'll have new coupons which work before then...

I got Fish Called Wanda (the arrow release) with 30 percent coupon yesterday.
The cashier seemed new. I told him the coupon was supposed to work on anything. The manager told him to override it. It helped that the cashiers in the media section were gone and the main cashiers were clueless about the arrow sale.

Re: Barnes & Noble 40% Off MSRP Blu-ray 12/19 to the end of 12/24

There's a Mother's Day special on select titles that are supposedly 50% off - those prices leave a lot to be desired

https://www.barnesandnoble.com/b/mot...Sale_Price%7C0

However, I saw some titles in store that were marked 50% off which are not listed in the above online sale. I picked up 'Cloud Atlas' for $3.96 (50% off $9.99 + 10% Member discount + 20% off snail mail coupon + tax). Perhaps there are other titles that are worthy of purchase. Its cumbersome to scour through the new layout with DVDs and BDs mixed up. You'd think they'd at least put out those with discounts in a separate display

When is the next 40% or 50% sale off of all Blu-rays likely going to happen?
