Yea, I'm going to go after other deals around Black Friday. New releases generally start decreasing in Jan so I would prefer sales after Christmas.

I was very happy to see this sale, especially since Costco seems to have (temporarily) stopped carrying Criterion discs. Hopefully they will resume the practice as we get closer to the holidays. This sale helped me catch up with some personal must-get's.

I thought it was just a BN thing, but some of my titles received from Criterion had no blue sticker and questionable shrink wrapping. Back in the day BN used to get accused of 'recycling' returns but now I'm thinking Criterion must used a different replicator sometimes. Any ideas?

One thing I noticed is that a lot of them look like the tops of the booklets are creased back, and are not in good shape. My guess is they do reseal items but it certainly seems odd for so many to be like that.

I ordered Barry Lyndon, Seven Samurai, and Twin Peaks: FWWM. It shipped and was out for delivery. Next update I received 25 minutes later was that the order was being sent back to the original sender! I hope someone turns it around and sends it back out. I e-mailed Criterion about it and waiting to hear back. I've never had this happen before.

Goodbye Target, Hello Criterion. LOL...yeah I'm ready. SOTL, Breakfast Club and Twin Peaks for sure. Might throw in a blind buy too, but not sure yet.
