Finally got a ship notice for my small order today.

In other USPS news, I had something shipped to me from a store two states over via priority, which usually takes two days. It's day 8 now, and tracking - which had it in town three days ago- now has it stuck in limbo being transferred to another destination with no updates and no further ETA. At one point it was due Monday.
My Arrow order hit NYC two weeks ago and is similarly bouncing around in the netherworld.

I don't know why, but USPS on the East Coast is a total mess right now. I had a package sent to me that just sat in New Jersey for several weeks without being scanned (after the arrival scan). Finally arrived about 5 weeks out.

How long does this company take to ship ? It's 11 days now and order status says 'unfulfilled'

I placed my order on 7/11. Got generic emails yesterday from UPS, & today from WAC.

Like I mentioned above, this is very likely my last order from WAC. I called & emailed 2 companies & never got a reply. They also without consulting me for no good reason overturned my instructions to UPS. If the package does get stolen do to their actions, I will file a claim with my bank & Visa.

WTF is the point of having a sale, when all they're doing is making their customers angry?

For the Mods, they also use crap blank media.

45 mins and counting on the phone listening to crappy music waiting for a customer service rep. No response to emails - 14 days since order was placed and order status = unfulfilled. This company has turned crappier

Update: 51 mins later, spoke to a rep. She was polite and apologetic. Order was shipped y'day scheduled for 7/29 delivery. Order status on site still shows 'Unfulfilled'. Why does WBA contract with such a third rate company like Araca Merchandise ?

I'm also concerned. Mine is supposed to be delivered today. I have my UPS account set so that any order goes to the local UPS store, due to theft & my house is hard to find. The fulfillment co for reasons unknown marked the order that it must go to my home & not to the UPS store. I have called both Rockpoint (fulfillment house) & WAC; & emailed both. No response. WAC I got the same hold as you, & Rockpoint's vm boxes are full. And with UPS I ALWAYS get untrained people in Asia for cs. If this order does not arrive by end of day Monday; I'm filing a dispute with my bank.

I don't know who Arrica is; mine went through Rockpoint.

And on top of everything else, since Rockpoint idiotically refused to let them deliver to the UPS store, I have to stay home all day any day it MIGHT be delivered to prevent theft. Not sure who I despise more: Wac, Rockpoint or UPS.

This is my LAST direct order from WAC. End of story.

It keeps getting better. I called UPS (aka oops) ar 7 PM, where if is my package? "I guarantee it will be there buy 9" "Well what can you do to guarantee it will come Saturday if it is not here not here by 9?" "I'll send a message to your local office (though we no longer give out the phone number huh-uh huh-uh!"
At 8 PM I got a text that for no stated reason (the package had been on the truck) it would not arrive until Monday.

I. AM. Done. With. Wac. I wish I could be done with UPS. For 15 years I lived 15 or so miles north of here; 1 issue in all those years. Where I live now, if they don't route the package to the local UPS store LIKE THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO, it's GUARANTEED their will be multiple issues. I have asked Amazon to NEVER use UPS with me. They agreed. Other companies don't offer that (this was actually supposed to ship media mail.

If it wasn't for Covid all but forcing us to stay home anyway, I would be even more furious. That's AT LEAST 2 entire days lost to UPS' incompetence.

34 minutes after sending me a text that delivery had been moved to Monday, the package was left at my back door without ringing the bell (I actually have a note up asking USPS, Fed Ex & UPS to ring the door bell............... UPS truly brings a new meaning to corporate incompetence.

They don't care, none of them do. They're all overworked or distracted by their cell phones, policies are almost optional to follow. The worst are Amazon delivery people, throw the package right in front of the gate in full view of porch pirates. And to add insult to injury, they send you pictures of their proud work as delivery confirmation.Two weeks ago, I had a $1000 Nikon lens package just left in front of the gate by UPS - I had it insured for that sum and so had provided content details of the package, so you'd think they'd be some labeling or alert on the label/shipping process to at least secure a signature on delivery (I thought all high value packages do that by default) but no, tossed just outside the gate.

At least I have a really good postal carrier. He's even given me his cell phone # with permission to call him if I have trouble with any of the "relief drivers". (apparently USPS drivers only work 4 days a week). Unfortunately, he's out for 2+ months due to surgery.

As of Friday I've finally gotten everything that had been in transit or had shipped out or ordered in weeks prior including a WA and the Arrow Summer Camp orders

I've still got a Severin and Kino package coming, but those just shipped out this week.

Looks like we can expect delays to continue at least up till January 20th and possibly longer.

While my issues had nothing to do with the postal service, the article Paul posted is a reminder to vote your best interests, whatever they may be; & don't forget that on many dvd/blu orders from Europe we're now paying more than double the shipping we paid in May, 100% due to our president.

Whatever side everyone is on, I hope you vote in November!

I'll drop it, but the incoming international postage increase is real, & it did occur for the reason I stated. It is factual.

As far as that WAC order; it's even more Foobarred , though 1/2 of it is my fault:

I already had the WAC of Blackmail; I forgot to update the Excel sheet of my collection (there's a lesson somewhere here....) & the other dvd in the order, "Operation Heartbeat" is the ONLY bad Eddie Robinson film I've ever seen. Though it was by no fault of EGR's; the script & the other actors were beyond bad. It was an end of career TV show guest appearance that got extended into a movie. I don't have words for how bad it was!

Anyone have an issue with contacting customer support. I am having a playback issue with one of the discs. I have sent an email two months ago with no response other than the automated "We received your email...". I sent another one a couple of weeks ago. Still nothing. If there is another thread I should be posting this in, let me know, please.

While I've never received a bad blu-ray from WAC, I have found WAC's CS to be non existent. They do use mediocre blank media for the burned dvd-r's.

If it's a burned dvd, the first thing I would suggest is to try ripping it & burning to a new disc. If it's a blu, are there any visible scratches? Sometimes a gentle wiping with a soft cloth will remove specs of dirt/dust that cause errors.

Course of last resort if you are not beyond the time limit set by your bank or Paypal is to file a dispute & get your money back.

Thanks for the responses. The disc is "A Patch of Blue". There are no scratches on it. I have tried to clean it with a cloth to no avail. Thanks for the idea about filing a dispute with the bank. I will give that a shot.

You might want to try to message them on facebook or leave complaint on their page. Some of these companies will get you help through facebook.

They have some great items on sale as well but if not buying from the 4 for $44 sale, then shipping is only free if order is over $150 (say what? Ugh). I've got over $100 of stuff and they will be charging $13.99 for shipping. Guess I will have to keep looking or skip the sale
