Amazon's been using that for my PO Box. I wish WAC would provide a tracking #......... I have a weird address & they already have me at my previous address. I haven't been able to successfully update my address or re sign up so at this point I require a tracking # to look anythng up on UPS.

And if I do have something delivered to my house, UPS has a lot of issues finding the house....

WAC order came today. The ONLY film order from November or December i have not yet received is my 11/26 EAA Order. They have also not responded to an email. They have taken the money from my bank account quite awhile ago.

Just as a quicky FYI, I'm very impressed with the picture quality on The Sea Wolf blu-ray.

There isn't any WAC title I haven't liked - stellar presentations, those folks really know what they're doing.

Curses!

I was literally thinking two days ago that perhaps I should reign it in at the other sales because it seems like it's been a while since WB had a sale. And there it is . . .

Some of them aren’t changing in cart. WB is supposed to be fixing it.

Seven Brides For Seven Brothers doesn't appear to be included in sale. Same for the Superman movie with 2 versions of film.
While very new releases have been excluded in the past this is a bit unusual. Maybe because the are 2 disc sets?

There’s definitely an issue because the sale artwork includes While The City Sleeps, but it is not working.

Remember that the two animated Batman movies are being included in the limited edition Batman: The Animated Series box set. So there is no need buying them now from Warner Archive if you are buying it.

Anything that stands out, or any new titles added?

The first 4 rows of 16 titles in the above link (for blurays) are the ones that have been added since the last sale. That is not to say all of the new titles released since then have been added.

Since Warner manufactures and controls distribution of all these titles by themselves, there should be little to no risk to wait this out for subsequent sales, without titles going OOP. Besides, there's been availability of select WAC titles for as low as $10 (and sometime even lower) on other retail channels (recall the Amazon and Walmart price war sometime ago). Some used copies also pop up on Ebay in the $10 price range. As such, I don't feel rushed to get 4 titles despite newer releases being added. Anyone else feels the same ?

I couldn't find enough to justify spending $'s with the Bergman & Fassbinder sets coming soon. Most of what interests me are either blu's I already have on official dvd, or burned dvd's that I already have TCM digital caps of.

I immediately support the releases that I think may bolster other close properties from getting released. Supposedly the sales at Warner Archive for Batman: Mask of the Phantasm blew away WB so much they quickly pushed out Batman: The Animated Series on Blu-ray.

I did the same for the Superman: Extended Cut and Supergirl. There's a chance we get an extended cut for Superman II/II if they find the right elements. The extended cut of Superman was Warner Archive's top seller this year.

re: [DEAD] Warner Archive Sale - 4 for $44 + Free Shipping

Barnes and Noble year end 40% off sale off all blu rays includes the Archive titles when going to the stores and requesting ship to home you also get the 10% membership discount plus any coupons have been accepted in the past. I was able to get the Superman set last year this way. I am still guessing that 7 Brides and Superman are excluded from the sale because they are 2 disc sets. Seems to be the only thing they have in common. Except for the Batman Brave and Bold Season 3 set, no other multiple disc set seems included in sale. Maybe next time. Hopefully B&N will have staff in the media section for the holidays as they are not there the rest of year anymore.

Caved at the last minute, but this should tide me over for Archive titles until this time next year. Makes the spring sale (or whenever it is) easier to ignore.

Hell on Frisco Bay (BD) × 1
The Hidden (BD) × 1
Harper (BD) × 1
Leatherface: The Texas Chainsaw Massacre III (BD) × 1
The Black Scorpion (BD) × 1
Les Girls (BD) × 1
Gun Crazy (BD) × 1
Meet Me in St. Louis (BD) × 1
Super Fly (BD) × 1
The Colossus of Rhodes (BD) × 1

Yeah, same here. I can routinely find the WAC titles I want for $9 or $10 each with no sale.

There have also been some good deals on the archive titles on the international Amazon sites around the holidays.

Yeah... I'm in no rush. Like you, I can find them elsewhere for the same price or less on a regular basis. If they'd has some of the very new titles I might have jumped.
