..almost bought "tourist trap" on bluray till i read the picture quality is bad and it is the cut version so i went with the 20th anniversary dvd which is uncut and has a very good pq...

I called them and they said this is their most popular sale of the year and that they're backed up with a lot more orders than they can usually manage. They were very polite all the time and apologetic and said that the whole fulfillment process might take up to 4 weeks, and that you'd receive a shipment confirmation mail.

I placed my order for Fairy Tales on February 12, got a 'Your Order Is in Process'' email on February 21, a 'Full Moon Features has sent you a package' email from stamps.com on March 3 and received the Blu-ray yesterday.

Ordered 1 copy of puppet master II blu ray. Was charged for 3, received 1. Sent an email and an email through paypal.
EDIT: Wow, that was fast. They issued the refund less than 30 minutes after they got the paypal email.

Before buying from the site, check their prices on ebay. I picked up a few blu-rays recently that were priced cheaper there than on their website. On the other hand, some of their ebay items are priced higher than their site. I bought everything in one order but they sent it out in two envelopes, both with the free DVD of the month.
Shipping was also much faster, possibly because you can leave a poor rating if they sit on the order for awhile before sending it out.
Never heard about that till now. Looks like it's the same issue with 88 Films. Glad I kept my DVD.
