I should cool my jets on these sales. I looked around last night, and Amazon's regular prices on that exact same order would be $58. Only $11 more than Deep Discount. Hardly the savings you'd expect from a BOGO sale.

Sigh......... they're still using the DHL/USPS combo & a film that I preordered that was released a week ago still hasn't been delivered. In fact DHL still hacn't even gotten it to the USPS. It would have almost been worth paying the extra $3 or $4 from Amazon..............

I just attempted to go to dvdplanet to do a price check only to find they're now redirecting to Deepdiscount. I know they had the same parent company and usually had pretty much identical prices but... When did this happen?

^I figure they'll have a 15% off one starting sometime BF week. But with the recent "demise" of DVDPlanet I suspect their parent company is going to start consolidating all those holdings they've picked op the past few years and slowly dump the coupons.

Deepdiscount is the only place as of yet to put on sale the last Blu-ray seasons of the various CW superhero shows. They are priced around $15 before the coupon. So this is the time to scoop up the most recently released Flash, Black Lightning, Arrow, etc. Not as good as prior years, but it appears stores aren't discounting them at all this year.
They also have season 3 of The Magicians for $8.

Looks like I blew my chance to pick up the CW shows cheap. Kept thinking I had all weekend to go back and use the coupon. I was also expecting Amazon would match the prices in the meantime.
Only thing left is to hope Monday will see another deal on these. The way deals have been going this year, probably not.

They have CW shows discounted again looks like for maybe Sunday or Monday only. They even reduced the price by two dollars probably because the coupon expired.

I just ordered Flash @$17 - 15%. So a few bucks more than it was Friday.
Unfortunately Supergirl slingshotted to full price (!?). Oh well. I'm still slowly making my way through season one, and I haven't even gotten to the Flash crossover yet.
I can't imagine finishing season 2 before next BF.

Sounds like when most of the title go backordered the prices go back up so hopefully that not only means the item is active for the sale, but maybe back in the warehouse and the orders from last week will ship sooner

In the past DD has cancelled some people's orders for things that are on backorder.
The CW shows were BO'd last year too when I ordered them, but they eventually came.
I'll be disappointed if they get cancelled, but nothing I can really do about it except bide my time till next year.

Currently they will not let you order Supergirl Season 3. Says Out of Stock and you can leave an email for when it is back in stock. Surprised that Supergirl is only one with this restriction. Hard to believe it is the most popular of the Arrowverse shows. Good thing the entire crossover is included in each set.
