Most of Deepdiscount's bigger advertised sales that extend for more than a few days are overpriced. Great sales like the recent KINO sale barely last a few days.

Had 2 blu's but with the discount was just under free ship. Be interested if anyone catches any great prices on classic titles. One of mine is a one day Sale on Wings $8.99 - 15%. Will be gone if I don't bite tonight.

That's good to know. Unless it's a 3rd party, I do get 10% sales tax at Amazon; but if it's part of a $35+ order (free ship) it would be close in price (DD is $7.64; Amazon with tax would be aprox $8.69).

The most recent seasons of the DC Superhero shows are $14.36 (plus save another 15% by using GOBBLE). Many of the past seasons are discounted too.

Deep Discount comes through again on the CW shows latest seasons, $12.23 after the 15% discount. Flash and Arrow are currently out of stock. Hopefully the orders won't be cancelled. They have been much better lately about not cancelling out of stock items.

Arrow S5 was still in stock when I ordered and Flash S3 was still not in stock. Thanks for the heads up on the CW shows. I was looking for a good price and Wal-mart was over $20+ each. $20+ is not an overall bad price for these on Blu, but a little high when I was buying 5 of them (Arrow S5, Flash S3, Supergirl S2, & Gotham - Legends S2 from WM)..

You're welcome on the CW shows. Flash S3 was in-stock when it went live, so that may be oos for the duration of the sale, unfortunately. Glad you were able to get some, at least.

Went through the dozen or so items on my wish list and was shocked at how high the DD prices were for anything not a catalog title. Even after the discount the DD prices were at least several dollars higher than even the basic Amazon price.

DD sales really only work as great bargains when you can find a title already on sale and double up by adding a 15% to 20% off coupon on top of that. Gone are the days when their everyday prices were any where near competitive.
