Assume that all of these are available to all customers unless specifically listed as member only like the Welcome Package. Also remember that any preliminary codes are just that and BN could pull it, change the details or exclusions anything prior to release so always a bit of YMMV until the final release date
Mini FAQ
Coupons should not work for PREORDERS , Nook, Legos, Rosetta Stone, Digital, Gift Cards, Memberships, etc. There are glitches where sometimes an excluded item will be allowed but assume that is the exception to the rule
Free Shipping is $25 (before tax/shipping) or with membership.
Max 3 GC on a single online order.
Online only a single code can be applied to an order
Return period is 14 days after delivery (possibly 30 days for members though I've never tried)
Online ordered items can returned to a local store unless it's classified as a web-only item then it's at the store's discretion to accept
The long standing Free 60 day Trial Offer was discontinued in late May 2016
STORE ONLY 15% OFF Coupons -- Unknown if multi-use or if will work on 40% Off Items

"New Member" Welcome Coupons
Welcome coupons may be dead -- or at least the type that have been available for nearly a decade. The latest set now have what appears to be single use codes so these probably no longer will be generic/multiple use style.

They have updated the sale period to this year's dates. It says it starts Thursday December 6 at 12 Noon Pacific Time (3 PM in the East), Ends Tuesday December 17th at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. As always stock is limited and once something is sold out it is gone .

From my 3rd glance, both the selection & pricing were better last year.
For those who are progressive rock or Electric Jazz fans, the Jeff Beck blu is very good, & a bargain at $5.

I've still got 10 on my wish list for $35 with ship. I'll likely bite if all goes well.
One thing I did notice is all the "new" titles are also the pricey ones. None of the "new titles" went in my wish list due to price.

Why don't we play it a little differently this year and promise not to flood the forum with 'its been n days since I ordered, has anyone's order shipped ?' posts. Starting next week, based on prior year experiences, it will otherwise be a standard order issue of such posts, assuming ordering will open up tomorrow - just a suggestion

I somehow managed to get thru checkout and after I submitted my payment info, it took me back to the log in screen. Not sure if my order went thru but now the site seems totally down to me.

A few people have managed to get in with sheer persistence.
Sounds like Vampire Diaries and Victoria S1 are gone -- not shocking.
Gone:
Slither
Clapton
Sgt Peppers
Neighbor 2
Buffy

Same thing happened to me. After I was sent back to login screen, I checked cart and my stuff is still there. I didn't get an email confirming order so i don't know if order went through.

Some still can't seem to get into the system at all.
I finally got in and have 2 thing in my cart I think, but I can't get back to my saved wishlist which would make things infinitely easier. I was there once very early, but once I got booted I haven't been able to get back at all and going through all the screens seems improbably at this points
Best think to do is go away for 24 hrs, let all the good stuff get taken and go back and see if you can make an order with the leftovers. Most of the stuff I had in the wishlist wasn't the high profile items anyway.

Re: EAA Charity Sale - Deals on Shout factory, Warner, Criterion, others
I've had enough of this headache. I always like to support charity, but the only title I really wanted was the Bill & Ted set. I threw in the Ash vs. Evil Dead set for $20 (the price point I was waiting for, but not a smoking deal) and three cheap Disney titles to offset the high shipping charge.
After the site got hammered, I thought it would be safer just to go for Bill & Ted and skip the rest. I didn't want to be stuck paying $10.80 S&H on the other four titles if their inventory system screwed up and Bill & Ted ended up getting cancelled. Even with full shipping charges, $15.80 for the Bill & Ted set is still the cheapest I've seen it.
After trying off and on for 75 minutes, I finally made it to the payment screen. Once I hit the submit order button, I was redirected back to the billing address screen (though no error message was displayed). I don't know if my card was charged or not, but I never got a confirmation e-mail. Considering what a mess their site has been since the sale went "live", I'm too wary to try it again. Good luck, folks.

^ It was still in my cart at 4:15 EST, but perhaps it was already sold out by then and that's why I was booted back. What a nerve-wracking way to waste an hour plus.

My cart is loaded with everything I want (except Dexter), but I just can't get to checkout.
Edit: Clicked on submit order and got taken back to the Company login screen. Did it work?

They must have a WEAK back end. I can't believe they're getting that many hits; probably really bad infrastructure. I can't even get into my wish list to move it to the cart. It's just hanging.......
