Its too bad that they have discontinued a lot of stuff that made these Fox Connect sales special such as the two Eli Kazan four film sets and the shrink wrapped winners and runner ups of the film classics sets. The individual films are still available at a higher price.
On the non blu ray side, the removal of all the Fox movie on demand films removed a great way to get these films at a reasonable price.

Looks like it's finally time to buy my *last* ( :( ) Simpsons season set ever, as Season 17 Blu never goes on sale.

Might go ahead and buy Days of Future Past 3D for $7.70 as well since a 3D version isn't available for the Rogue Cut (which I already ordered from Fox Connect).

I'm probably going to place an order, but I'm still a bit gun shy from bad past experiences especially badly scratched discs that were not floaters (likely customer returns).

I STRONGLY suggest opening everything as soon as it arrives & checking the discs. I've received several that would not play all the way through (DVD & Blu both) at least they've always replaced them.

I also wish the site was easier to search/browse.

I was all set to pick up the Stargate: Universe seasons at $5 each but since I've picked up the other 2 series in past sales and haven't yet watched them (they were blind buys) decided to just wait. Instead I picked up the newer "Shirley Temple Collection" volumes 1-3 (6 films each). $25.50 shipped. That's just a couple of $$ more than *one* of those collections from Amazon. I'd have purchased more but I took advantage of a several very good deals in the Target Box Set sale and last week's British TV Sale at Amazon.

I put everything in my wish list but use a second step to put it in the cart (open the link from the wish list and then put it in the cart). That way if something goes awry I still have everything in the wish list to easily "find" it again.

I don't know why I bother with fox connect. When I look at my order status it says "suspected fraud".-rolleyes- It asks me for my billing address, and actually says "state or province" but when I pull it down to choose British Columbia it only lists states. It also asks for zip code or postal code, but it will only allow a zip code. Fox Connect is just about the most mickey mouse company on the planet. I'm gonna call tomorrow to see if they can rectify this, if not I'm done with this joke of a website.

Probably discontinued. What's out there may just be existing stock.
This is a Lucasfilm originally distributed by MGM/UA. Fox's only connection is that they distribute MGM/UA on home video. MGM/UA no longer does home video.
The film is probably now owned by DISNEY. Get it while you can.
