I received mine yesterday (Tuesday, Sept, 15th) and the shipping box was all banged up. Only one corner of the set had a small indentation, but for the price, I'll keep it.
The box that houses the 3 seasons plus extra items is made from the thinnest card stock and it opens from the top. I guess Fox went the cheapo route for the packaging and they succeeded!
The disks themselves were in perfect condition and we just watched the 1st episode. Wonderful!
