Deep Discount 15% off code

FORYOU--expires on Jan 22 12pm CST

They have a decent sale on Kino Lorber Classics right now:

With coupon code, it ends up being close to the Barnes and Noble 40% + coupon sale price for me.

Foxes, Rivers Edge and The Falcon and the Snowman are all at 50% off.

Plan 9 From Outer Space at 57% off ($7.29) before coupon: http://www.deepdiscount.com/plan-9-f...e/844503002136

Good Morning Vietnam at $4.85 before coupon: http://www.deepdiscount.com/good-mor...m/786936820973

What has been a typical low sale price (any seller) for these Kino releases? Want a couple of their newer titles, but haven't followed what prices have been in the past.

Deep Discount and DVD Planet usually have a pretty descent discount for Kino's. Their prices are usually around $16 per disc. The best discount I've found its using Barnes and Noble when they have their 40% off Bluray sale and the use of a coupon (20 or 25%) + membership discount. I can usually get a Kino around $13. Of course this is under the assumption that my local BN will accept coupons and has the item I want in stock.

DVD Planet just also had a 10% off code expire.

Anyway, with discount DD prices are around $13.31 per disc which is a very good deal. You don't have to go in store and waste gas getting to the store either.

I'll probably just wait because there are some future releases that I want that aren't on sale yet.

About 60-65% discount are about the best I've seen.

Even with the BN 40% sale, member, and 25/30% during Christmas I don't think I got a lot better than 65% (Cabinet of Dr Caligari for around $10). The best DD/DVDPlanet discounts I can find in my list seem to be a hair better than 60%

Thanks. Went for Married to the Mob on BD along with some music CD's I have been wanting. Wanted to get Running Scared instead of the music, but it's on back order.

The sale is over, but I see a "Free Shipping" banner on the site now, for orders of $25+. (Heavy items still include a surcharge.) I assume the 15% sales still made you pay shipping? Is this pretty much a wash, 15% off vs. free shipping?
