Same (loose BD, thankfully fine). Ordered through half.com or ebay to save a buck shipping, but was hoping to get a copy with slipcover so I could separate out the DVD & have artwork for the case.

Mine just arrived, only the DVD was a "shaker" but both discs looked fine. I'm happy to report I now have all the Bond movies in BD format.

I knew as soon as I posted my message that someone would mention this one. I saw this version of "Casino Royale" back in 1967 when it first came out and thought it one of the worst movies I'd ever seen . . . I still think this. So no, I guess I don't have them all!

Thanks for the info. It's not the greatest film in the canon, authorized or not, but the completist in me kept wanting a BLU-ray upgrade from the DVD I had in order to match the others in the box set.

I had $6.84 in Ebay bucks that were about to expire, so using them to buy this made it only $6.12 with the shipping (which seems to be a buck less than the Amazon shipping for the same title) so I'm happy with it.
