Some of us don't do Social Networking. I wish these companies would get that.

Some of us take 5 minutes to create social media accounts using free email addresses for nothing other than following companies in order to save money. True bargain hunters don't let social media requirements stop them.

Hey, guys, don't shoot the messenger. I'm not a fan of Facebook either. It's just a deal I found that hadn't been posted here.
I have ordered directly from Raro's site in the past but not from their FB store.

I found Raro's FB store to be a good experience, though a bit glitchy, which might be due to this being their first time running a store/sale there, not sure. Couldn't place my order of 12 DVDs due to "no shipping options" but when I contacted them, they were quite helpful, explaining that buyers could only order 4 Blu-rays or 6 DVDs at a time (don't ask me why; seemed like it might have caught them by surprise, too). When I split the order in two, the first half went through, but the second one failed for the same reason, and it was close enough to the deadline that I missed out. I followed up with them about it and the next day, and they asked me to email them the additional titles and they would bill me through PayPal at the sale prices. Further to that, they acknowledged the glitches by sending out an additional 50% off code, presumably to all FB customers (??) that effectively extended the sale.
I'm wondering if the Facebook store was a new experiment for them? While it was a bit buggy this time around, I wouldn't hesitate to order this way again, in part because my Facebook account is extremely barebones (no connections to family of friends, and minimal personal info), and almost never used. And, as others noted above, the prices were more than fair.

I have no complaints about Raro. They’ve always been pleasant do buy from, but the Facebook ordering experience sucked. I had to email them also to complete my order. They’ve always been very responsive by e-mail. It does pay to keep an eye on their FB page though. They’ve posted numerous sales in the past year on FB, usually B1G1. There are several boutique labels that I check regularly on FB to find out about sales or new releases. I don’t give a shit for FB otherwise.
