Just saw this on dailydvddeals.com.

Currently sold out online (may come back in stock), but there were copies available for free pickup at several local stores (ordered two...available today).

I'm sure they will release a big set with all eventually, but this was too good to pass up for now.

I'm assuming you HAVE to order online and do in-store pickup (which is a miserable experience) and that it won't ring up for that price in-store?
***Edit*** nevermind, it isn't showing up for that price online anymore anyway.

My store cancelled my in-store pick-up. Suits me fine when they eventually sell the three movies for $30. In the meanwhile I'll just borrow my brother's copies .

Yeah, one of my two copies got cancelled as well (said they didn't have it in stock). At least they say they'll honor one copy, although I'm not overly concerned except for the aggravation of trying to pick it up. My wife goes there about once a week & she's on the pick-up list & doesn't mind. I was going to use one copy as a gift...may still do that & just wait for the inevitable box set. I've already picked up cheap used copies of the first two (standard edition) blu-rays & will undoubtedly see the third soon after it's released.

I may just wait a few years to get the extended set & hope price drops to $29.99 like the original trilogy set did at Amazon last week.

Sorry for the confusion. Price didn't last long this time around but expect price drops, future BF deals, etc. to make it this price or better.

This was actually on sale for $6.96 last BF (an unadvertised deal). Had the black promo sticker on it. Never saw it Thurs night or Friday but saw 2 copies in my store on Saturday. So if you can wait, chances are that it will be on sale again next BF for the same price or lower.
