Re: Target 2014 Black Friday Ad

They pretty much had tons of everything when we went tonight. At least 20 copies of LEGO movie 3D and a couple copies of Mad Men with the bonus disc. Even found a copy of the Lone Survivor Steelbook, which rung up as $6. No dice on the Edge of Tomorrow steelbook though, that rung up $22, so I picked up the regular version for $6 and Gravity for $4.

Went to Target at 11pm and they still had Lego 3D available. Pretty much looked like everything was still in stock.

Yeah, the Target I went to had a long line, so I went to WM and came back, but everything was still there except for the $1 DVD's. They were low on a few like the Target exclusive Mad Men Final Season (2 left and I grabbed one), but zero complaints from me for the inventory.

My store had everything i was looking for except wolf of wall st. blu. To me its a strange one to run out of. I grabbed Gatsby for $6, which was the same price as Wolf and has the same movie star in it. There were tons of Gatsbys and tons of Wolf on dvd. Either there were tons of fans of that movie around where I live or they didn't stock it much. At least amazon has it tomorrow morning.

Went around 8 PM last night and they had most everything in stock up at a store in Elk Grove. Only grabbed How to Train Your Dragon 2 and Gravity. Happy enough with that.

Good Lord, I went to Target tonight and some of the DVDs/BDs on sale were super old junk.

My Family

Selena

Stand and Deliver

All on DVD. I guess Target was using this BF to clear out all of the extra backroom crap.

Re: Target 2014 Black Friday Ad

No problems finding anything for me. Plenty of Lego 3D's and saw Mad Men S7 with the bonus disc at both locations I checked. I did pick that up and now I'll have to return the copy I ordered online on Wednesday.

Live Die Rename: Edge Of Tomorrow $6
The Monuments Men $6
The Lego Movie 3D $9
Orange Is The New Black S1 $8

Same here. Expected delivery range is Dec 17 to Jan 6, 2015.

Hmmmm, what if I want to give some of these BDs as Xmas gifts?

Re: Target 2014 Black Friday Ad

What is the "bonus" disc with the Final Season (Part One) of Mad Men? The BR I picked up at Target appears to be a standard retail version.

The bonus disc came with both versions, when Mad Men was released (same as the previous season last year). Some stores were probably out by BF. Info and pics here (4th entry down): http://forum.dvdtalk.com/12294832-post465.html

For this release (unlike the Season 6 Target exclusive) the bonus content is actually on Disc 2 of the set, so it's not really a "bonus disc."

I have not watched the bonus feature yet but it's a 30 minute cast discussion at Paley Fest 2014.
