The one thing I'm trying to do this year is NOT buy stuff just because it's cheap. I dumped 25% of my collection earlier this year of a lot of "Bargains" I picked up that I didn't really need.

I am hoping to get The Wonder Years Complete Years, Some HBO stuff like True Blood, Treme the complete series and The Newsroom (both seasons) and some Scream Factory.

TV that I've already seen I'm trying to cut back on unless I'm a big fan and supporter of the show. I'm not going to purchase TV shows that I've already seen and don't have any replay value.

Seems like many people (myself included) plan on cutting back this year. I've been buying the new releases I want as they've come out this year so I don't imagine that my haul this year will be too big.

It's starting to look like I'm not going to get much this year. Packaging doesn't really bother me, so I've gotten spoiled waiting for titles to hit $6.99 used at Family Video. I don't mind if they're not original cover art. I'm just careful not to get movies that are rental versions there.
