Was this from Amazon Warehouse? I've noticed that on their hotter deals, they will take orders they can't fill. I think they cancel based on which warehouse actually has the item in stock and its geographic proximity to the customer.

No, this was actually under a 3rd party Fulfilled by Amazon seller called Apex_Media. I didn't purchase this but I did see the price the other day.

Mistakes happen. it could have been a pricing error. or inventory error. i have purchased from apex_media before and have had no issues

I have no idea on whether these are stolen goods. It's such a good deal that the sets have to be hot or the seller got these sets free.

Don't sweat it, there is always an inherit risk with Ebay anyway. That's why my buying on Ebay has dropped a ton and I'm lucky if I can count my transactions on one hand every year. Anyway, this one should be easily refunded (already put in my dispute this morning), so no worries.

How? I can't figure out a way, since it isn't past the estimated delivery date window yet. March 3 (today) is the last date, so hopefully it will let me dispute it tomorrow. Perhaps your date range was earlier than mine...

Mine was only a warning, it said I should wait or go ahead and put in a claim (which was then escalated to a dispute). So I went ahead with it, might as well when I know good and well it is not coming. (unfortunately)
