Yeah I was slightly tempted by those Will Rogers sets, but didn't think I'd like them. Most classic films that are comedies (including the Three Stooges), I tend to not like. (I might have taken a chance at five bucks though). I didn't even know I owned the Tracy/Hepburn set when I found the deal.

DVD Planet has already changed the price, so that's dead, but it doesn't look like anyone was interested anyway.

So far I've made it all the way through 2 of them & the doc; but I'll certainly never watch them again.

I don't mind picking up sets like Will Rogers. I can enjoy them when I buy them. Then when the overstock of sets blows off, it often has a high resale value.

eBay: Rampart (2011) New/sealed, $3.99 + free shipping

Had been thinking about picking this one up and found this jackpot earlier tonight. Seller's got a shitload of copies. Their uploaded pictures made me snicker.

Looks like they cleaned out one or more Dollar trees.
I'm almost 100% sure they got all these and other blu-rays they have for sale
for $1 at dollar tree A few months back.
Amazon sellers also have A bunch for $4 shipped.

RAMPART-BLITZ-TREPASS-STRAIGHT AS-DOLANS CADILLAC The Code.

Not A bad movie.I watched it on Netflix streaming.

^ I was thinking it must be something like that. My local Dollar Tree never gets Blu-rays, unfortunately, so I'll just have to grit my teeth and suffer by paying four whole dollars instead of one. And yeah, Amazon Marketplace sellers have it for $0.01 + $3.99 shipping, if you want to pay a penny more, but I need that penny. It's a tough economy, man.

Probably doesn't apply here, but I've lately been trying to buy from sellers that offer Prime, even if the total is a bit more, so I can get the 'no rush' $1 ebook credits.

That is a really smart idea, thanks. If you weren't aware, the credits apply to any book purchase on Amazon. I believe that applies to graphic novels.

I'm seriously considering not opening V.2 for that reason.

I think it was just a joke about Trevor's short "thanks" post. Most of the spammers that join us here will usually begin with such posts until they reach the point where they can post links, etc.

Yeah, I did phrase that like a pending spammer didn't I?

I just wanted to encourage you to keep posting, but wasn't very creative in my verbiage that day.

I'm pretty sure Trevor secretly owns Comixology and spent 14 years building a history here to spam us with all the comic book sales!

Picked up Crumb, condition was "good" but thought it was worth the shot. Thanks for the heads up!
