Yes, the movie was generally not well received.

It's worth at least 1 watch if you're a fan of J-Law. I saw it in the theater as it was on it's way out with Movie Pass. But, I wouldn't buy it even for $13. Has absolutely no replay value IMO.

Re: Target deals
So that’s putting the price of the movie being sold for a low price because it’s a bad movie.
Dunkirk is $13 too so it must have stunk I guess.

Re: Target deals
A lot of new release stuff on sale this week. Still too much for me. Will wait til Black Friday.
They do have a 30% cartwheel on the Rush Hour Trilogy. Mixed with the red card it's about $10 total.

Re: Target deals
Another 20% off all movies (minus new releases and preorders) Cartwheel special at Target this week.
target.com is already taking that percentage off on eligible titles. I'm not sure how many astonishing deals there are to be had, but there are some okay prices on things like A Quiet Place and Ready Player One. Amazon is starting to price match a handful of these.

Re: Target deals
Some locations are instructed to destroy their slipcovers before being put on shelves. Apparently damaged slipcovers make an item less attractive to customers and Target's spider cases/media shelving weren't built with slipcovers in mind.

Re: Target deals
The vast majority of titles at my local Target are no longer put in plastic jails or spiders. Which oddly enough results in more damage to the slipcovers since they still use those shelves with spring loaded partitions. So I'm back to looking like a crazy person pulling each copy out to find the one with the least damage.

Re: Target deals
Wasn't the last B2G1 sale only on select releases, not everything? Or am I thinking of a different Target sale?

Re: Target deals
The only exclusions I can see are "Red Read Redemption 2" and "Select Nintendo (presumably Switch) games." Nothing about any exclusions for the movies or board games.

Re: Target deals
I think it's everything in stores but not all movies are tagged as B2G1 on the website. For example, Halloween 4K is but not Evil Dead 4K

Re: Target deals
I'm happy for anybody who finds something worth buying, but for me it seems the boutique labels (Shout, Kino, Criterion, etc.) and a whole lot else are excluded. All I found was a couple Ren and Stimpy DVD sets...
