Sounds odd, but they appear legit. Possibly related to GencoMarketPlace who sell on eBay and other places.

As long as you don't use a card associated with your checking/savings account for unknown merchants, and it's just a credit card...you're rather safe.

Yes, brand new & sealed. It definitely looked like it sat around a bit - the shrink-wrap had some little tears from 'shelf-wear' and 1 corner was a bit banged up - but it was definitely a new set.
Would I have preferred pristine, case-fresh plastic-wrap....yes. I typically open these sets by only cutting away (with a razor blade) the shrink-wrap that covers the disc cases and leave the rest of the shrink-wrap in place to protect the packaging. However, this is the risk you often take when you order online.
I look forward to giving NoBetterDeal.com more business, provided they come up with more good deals!

Received mine today. Thanks a lot for the heads-up on this deal. Would have NEVER even thought about this set as it usually hovers around $100. Slight plastic packaging holes, and yeah, it's been sitting somewhere.
