Not sure what you mean but the only time they show marketplace prices instead of B&N prices is when they are out of stock. And who else does that.....Amazon.

Ah, I was just about to post that their search is worthless because there's a bunch of BDs for thousands or hundreds of dollars, makes it very hard to search.

After you search, look on the left side in the Price Range section and click on Discounted. That should eliminate the marketplace items while showing the B&N items as all their items are usually discounted at least a small amount.

with B&N retail pricing, it should be B2G2 for any semblance of a deal. Else a coupon has to figure in somewhere. Otherwise there's nada

If you can find two more comparably-priced Blu-rays, Hannibal: Season One would be a good deal at $14.99. It's a good deal without the B2G1.

I didn't feel like waiting for the next Criterion sale so I picked up the BDs of Overlord, Il Sorpasso, and Ace in the Hole which were $29 each, $58 plus tax with the B2G1. I also used the $5 off a $50 coupon.

Oh so the 40% off is from MSRP. The 33% off was from the current price. Makes it looks a lot different once you put it that way :)
