Frozen/Anchorman 2 BD's $13 at Target

It's not in the ad but at my local Target they're advertised for $13 each. Your miles may vary.

Some steelbooks and exclusives are on sale as well. I picked up The Wolf of Wall Street steelbook, Ender's Game steelbook, and Despicable Me 2 w/ bonus disc for $13 each.

Oh damn, I need to go back and see if my store has these other deals.

I'm resisting getting Frozen with the rumors of a 3D deluxe edition coming this fall, but I may break at the $13 price point.

Don't know if this has been previously mentioned, but if you buy 3 specially marked boxes of Kellogg's fruit snacks you can get a $5 off any Disney movie coupon. You just have to enter the codes at Kellogg's Family Rewards site.

Add Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs 2 combo pack to the $13 list.

A friend of mine just related that he used Disney Movie Rewards, traded in 100 points, and got a $3 off coupon. That'd be a nice way to lower that Frozen to $10.

That's the deal on Frozen that I've been waiting for, so I picked one up this afternoon. Other good deals, too, but nothing else that I'm interested in owning at that cost.

Glad I saved that $3 Frozen coupon stuck on the pizza crust package I bought a few weeks ago. Now I hope they still have copies at Target tomorrow.

There are reports that many of the Blu-rays that had been ringing up for $13 since Sunday were incorrectly priced and will be raised back up to normal pricing tomorrow.

I found 12 Years a Slave and Fast and Furious 6 steel book for $13 as well.

Mary Poppins and Saving Mr Banks were tagged at $13, but both rang up at $24.99 last night.

The DVD versions should be on sale for $13

Thanks. I had a feeling that the tags were misplaced, since they didn't say DVD or Blu-ray on them.

That is true. I just went today to get the Frozen BLU-DVD-Digital movie and it rang up the full $27.99 price. I took it to the customer service desk and showed them the print out from their own web site where it is STILL listed as $13.00 and they even called it up on their tablet to make sure. So I got it for $13.00 (minus 5% for using my Target card, minus $3 for the pizza coupon and eventually minus $5 from buying the 2 bags of baby carrots for $3, so closer to $5 total) but it was more of a hassle than I thought it would be when I left to go get it.

As long as it still shows as $13 on the web, you can still place orders for store pickup, which makes it a bit easier. I just did that.

Ordered Captain Phillips for in-store pickup. It was the only one I didn't find on the shelf yesterday.

That would be a lot easier, I would have done that if I didn't have the $3 coupon from the Mama Mary's pre-made pizza crust to apply to the order.

Re: Frozen/Anchorman 2 BD's $13 at Target

I'm a little disappointed that Target appears to have updated their return policy. Checking my receipts from the last month, it looks like they changed it from 90 days to 30 days for movies and games. I didn't even notice it until I started reviewing receipts to return previous purchases due to this sale. I only have 2 days left to return my release day purchase of Frozen in lieu of this cheaper one.

.

I stopped in at another Target Tues. morning and test scanned some Blu-rays and they scanned at $29.99 rather than the $13 I saw on Sunday. However, one still had the sign "DVD and Blu-Ray: $13 save $16". I pointed that out at check-out and the cashier adjusted the price immediately without a confrontation. I noticed on the Sunday ad flyer, it showed DVDs only for $13. So this is a mystery, and it looks like a pricing mistake.

Yep, I brought that up in the store forum. That sucks.

Got both for $13 tonight. Both rang up at much higher prices, but I took in a printout of the items in my basket from Target.com showing the $13 price. I also checked out at the electronics counter (more relaxed, able to make the change unaided). Thanks OP!

Re: Frozen/Anchorman 2 BD's $13 at Target

I didn't know about the new return policy. I bought a tripod recently, and noticed the 30 day return policy on the receipt for that item. I thought it was strange, but didn't think much of it at the time. I had no idea it was department-wide. I checked a few of my receipts for movies I bought a few weeks ago, and none show the new return policy. I wonder when it went into effect...

I just placed on online order for Frozen, Wolf of Wall Street, and Captain Philips, since they are all $13 online. I'm not sure which ones have gone up in price in-store, but I didn't want to chance it. This way I'm covered...
