I think it's actually because Canadian shipping costs in general are high

Sure takes a long time to get these, though. I would have had Amazon.uk packages delivered at least a week ago. Considering these are shipping from Virginia...what gives.

Finally received the other season. These are AWESOME! Thanks to the OP. I would have never purchased these, but these are definitely recommended.

So has everyone received their orders? Did everything go good? I've never ordered anything other than a R1 blu ray, so I wanted to make sure there weren't any issues before I placed my order since both seasons were showing in stock now.

Finally placed my order. They only take Visa and MasterCard and my main cards are Discover and American Express. My wife was in a good mood today so I asked to borrow her card. Turns out she guiltily agreed because she is planning on spending lots of money on horse stuff tomorrow, so I probably could have gotten more that a couple blu rays.

I received both of my Avengers blu-sets from this sale, and highly recommend them both. It also helped that my bank only charged me a 28 cents conversion fee as well, but both arrived quickly in little padded envelopes from VA. I'm through the first eight episodes of Season 1 and I put this show in the same vein as the 90's X-Men and Batman Animated. It's that good.

Only negative I could find is that I got a slipcover w/season 1 and it was basically mauled. But since Season 2 doesn't have one, I'm not losing much by just tossing it. Everything else is kosher though.

The season one slipcover was a mess from the beginning. They cut them too tightly and were produced with some of the thinnest stock I've ever seen for a slipcover.

Did you notice anything familiar in Epiosde 5 - "The Man In The Ant Hill"?

Took me a minute the first time I saw it, but then I realized the four mercenaries that accompany Klaw, are modeled after four characters from the movie Predator. They are: Dutch (Arnold Schwarzenegger), Dillon (Carl Weathers), Blain (Jesse Ventura) and Billy (Sonny Landham).

I also received mine with no hassles and am very pleased with them. Thanks OP. Haven't had a chance to go through all of the episodes yet but I also noticed the Predator wink. Lots of fun stuff so far on the first disc.

Really enjoy this series and I'm glad Marvel finally put out something to compare in quality to the Timmverse over at DC.
